After taking control of the account we realised that the structuring of audiences and the creative strategy was not sufficient enough.
Audiences were too broad or too narrow, remarketing audiences were not as targeted as they should be. Creatives were not optimized for social media and were not effective enough in getting the companies unique proposition across to their target audience.
We implemented our custom methodology and process of identifying the key customer avatars, developing key selling points for each avatar, and setting up our full funnel strategy.
